I found a box of sidewalk chalk at Target for a $1. I couldn't resist and it was a good investment because she just loves playing with her colors. 
She just does not understand the rub-off effect.
We trace our bodies and then color different parts. The belly button, the face, the arms..and so on. Recently she traced my body and then pointed out where the baby was. It was fun.
